Bagi teman-teman dan para rekan alumni Universitas Halu Oleo di mana pun berada saya sedikit akan membagikan cara pendaftaran Dan Perbaikan Online Data Alumni UHO Yang Belum Terdaftar Di PD-DIKTI semoga bisa membantu teman-teman rekan alumni sekalian. Untuk pengecekan data diri Alumni apakah sudah terdaftar di PANGKALAN DATA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi Dapat dilakukan pengecekan melalui link berikut https://forlap.ristekdikti.go.id/mahasiswa.
Silahkan isi form sesuai dengan gambar di atas untuk kata kunci dapat menggunakan nama alumni dan Nomor Induk Mahasiswa (NIM). Setelah hasil pencarian ditemukan silahkan klik nama dan cek data diri anda apakah terdapat kesalahan mulai dari penulisan nama, jenis kelamin, tanggal lahir, status mahasiswa, dan yang paling utama nomor ijazah anda. Karena inilah data diri anda yang telah terdaftar di PANGKALAN DATA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (PD-DIKTI).
Untuk pengecekan nomor ijazah sudah terdaftar atau belum dapat dilakukan melalui link http://belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/ijazah/ atau Klik Disini
Apabila nomor ijazah anda tidak ditemukan melalui form diatas berarti nomor ijazah anda belum terdaftar pada PD-DIKTI.
Adapun tata cara Pendataan Alumni UHO secara Online bagi Alumni yang belum terdaftar dan yang akan melengkapi serta melakukan perbaikan data diri di PD-DIKTI dapat dilakukan pembaharuan data dengan cara sebagai berikut :
1. Silahkan masuk melalui link http://alumni.uho.ac.iduntuk format atau tata cara pengisian silahkan klik disini
2. Jika nama anda telah terdaftar di forlap dikti maka silahkan ke halaman login Alumni, atau klik disini kemudian masukan NIM sebagai username anda dan NIM sebagai password anda
3. Jika anda tidak menemukan NIM anda maka silahkan ke halaman Sign Up Alumni untuk mendaftarkan akun baru atau klik disini.
4. Setelah berhasil login silahkan isi data pokok anda, data kelulusan, dan ajukan perbaikan pada PD-DIKTI untuk lebih jelasnya perhatikan gambar berikut :

5. Jangan lupa klik tombol Update pada masing-masing bagian, Data Pokok dan Data Kelulusan.
6. Berkas yang perlu anda siapkan adalah :
Ø Scan ijazah Asli
Ø Scan transkrip Asli
Ø Scan ktp Asli
Ø Scan akte
Ø Semua berkas di atas telah diresize dengan ukuran maksimum file 500 Kb, dan hanya type fhoto format JPG, JPEG, PNG & GIF. Jika file lebih dari 500 Kb secara otomatis pada data kelulusan tidak dapat di Update.
7. Selanjutnya, lihat pada menu paling atas, silahkan klik PD-Dikti dan pilih Ajukan Perbaikan Lalu klik tombol Tambah Pengajuan dan silahkan isi sesuai dengan daftar kolom yang tersedia.
8. Selesai serta menunggu respon dari pihak PD-DIKTI.
